🎵 No Return / No Refund Policy for Instrumental Purchases

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of instrumental tracks, all sales are final. Once payment is processed and the files are delivered (via download link or email), no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Instant Delivery

Upon purchase, customers immediately gain access to the full-quality files (e.g., WAV, MP3, stems, or project files). Because these files cannot be “returned”, refunds are not possible once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate purchase of the same track, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. Verification will be required, and a store credit or replacement license may be issued at our discretion.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem (such as a corrupt or missing file), contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will work promptly to resolve the issue or resend the correct files.

5. License Integrity

By purchasing an instrumental, you agree to the terms of the license associated with your purchase (e.g., Non-Exclusive, Exclusive, or Custom). Unauthorized duplication, resale, or distribution of beats violates copyright law.

6. Policy Agreement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return / No Refund Policy and confirm that you have reviewed all available track previews before buying.
